Julbo Faster L Kilian Jornet REACTIV are ultralight sports sunglasses for trail running and mountain sports, where the light changes by the minute. A lens that changes with the light
REACTIV is Julbo's photochromic technology – the lens shifts its own tint depending on how much light there is. On an open ridge it darkens to category 3; at dawn or in dense forest it lightens to category 0 within seconds. One lens covers a whole day outside, from first light to harsh midday sun.
The High Contrast version has a tint that lifts terrain contrast – you pick out roots and rocks more clearly, especially on fast descents. The lenses filter 100 % of UVA and UVB, and the photochromic coating carries a lifetime warranty.

Faster L was created together with Kilian Jornet – one of the most versatile mountain athletes around today. The model is designed for real performance on terrain that leaves no room for error: from long trail races and uphill efforts to ski-touring and cross-country days in changing light.
The glacier-blue Light Blue Glacier colour is inspired by the shades of the Norwegian glaciers where Kilian lives, trains and explores the mountains. Faster, lighter and with a wider lens range than ever before.

A fit you can adjust
The Grip Tech temples have non-slip inserts that stay put through sweat and vibration – the glasses hold their place even on a fast, technical descent. The temples follow the shape of your head, and they're thin and flexible, so they sit comfortably under a helmet too; the inserts are built into the temples themselves so they don't catch your hair. You adjust the 3D Fit Nose Evo nose pads so the glasses sit exactly on your nose. The rimless 3-Link construction and full ventilation channel airflow across the lens to keep it from fogging. The wide panoramic lens also gives you an unobstructed view to the sides, so you read the terrain ahead more easily.
