Product Returns
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods. The return has two steps:
- Withdraw from the contract — using the online form below (fastest), or a paper form. One method is enough.
- Send the goods back to our address (step 2 below).
Step 1 — Withdraw from the contract
Fill in the form below to withdraw from the contract. You'll get a confirmation of receipt by email right away — that completes step 1.
Before you withdraw
Returning goods is your right. But you may only try them as you would in a brick-and-mortar store — try, don't use.
- Put the watch on your wrist briefly, but don't wear it during everyday activity or sport — a worn or sweaty unit can no longer be sold as new for hygiene reasons.
- Don't switch the watch on — powering it on starts software activation: a QR code is scanned, the watch links to your COROS account and binds to a specific user, so it is no longer new and its value drops.
- Goods worn on the body — running belts, vests, packs and similar products — may be tried on briefly, but don't use them while running or training. An item that has come into contact with sweat or skin during real use can no longer be sold as new for hygiene reasons.
- Open the packaging carefully, don't break hygiene seals, and return the goods complete and clean, ideally in the original packaging.
- You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and functioning — the refund may be reduced by that amount.

Instead of the form above, download the sample withdrawal form (PDF), fill it in and send it to info(at)ralpu.sk or include it with your shipment. One method is enough — not both.
Step 2 — How and where to send the goods
After withdrawing from the contract (step 1), send the goods back to our address below.
Include a note in the parcel with your name, surname and order number (e.g. 1234) — otherwise the shipment cannot be matched to your order and your withdrawal.
Instead of a handwritten note, you can also print the confirmation email that arrived in your inbox after withdrawing and include it in the parcel — it already contains your name and order number.
Please pack the returned goods in the box/packaging in which they were delivered, including all accessories (e.g. charging cable, etc.). Then pack the returned goods in another box/packaging so that the goods and original packaging are not damaged during transport.
The convenient Packeta/Zásilkovna drop-off service we use for domestic returns is only available within Slovakia and Czechia. For international returns, send the goods by a carrier of your choice to our business address.

You are responsible for the full cost of returning the goods. Cash-on-delivery shipments cannot be accepted.
Return Conditions
Under Act No. 108/2024 on consumer protection in distance selling, consumers are entitled to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the goods.
Purchased goods may be returned if the following conditions are met:
- The product is unused, unworn, clean and undamaged, with attached tags and in original packaging.
- Products sold as a set must be returned together.
If a gift was included with the product, the buyer must return the gift along with the product. The gift must not be unwrapped. If the gift is unwrapped, the seller will refund the purchase price reduced by the value of this gift.

Recommendations and Guidelines
As a buyer, you may inspect the product only to the extent customary in physical stores. Any testing that differs from the above may be considered product use. Open the product packaging carefully and keep it unchanged; leave the tags attached or fastened to the product until you are completely satisfied that it suits you. When purchasing clothing and underwear, please check the correct size by trying the item on over other clothing, not directly on the body.
The same applies for hygiene reasons: goods you have worn or sweated in during use can generally no longer be offered as new. Such handling goes beyond ordinary trying-out and reduces the value of the goods — the refund may be reduced by that amount. If goods are supplied in a sealed protective package for hygiene reasons and can no longer be placed back on the market once opened, the return may be excluded.
To comply with the 14-day withdrawal period, what matters is when the seller receives notification of withdrawal from the purchase contract (e.g. by submitting the form above or by email). The withdrawal period lasts 14 calendar days and begins the day after receipt. For example, if goods are received on Monday, Tuesday counts as the first day.
