Return of goods
Basic information
Pursuant to Act No. 108/2024 on Consumer Protection in Distance Selling, the consumer is entitled to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
Purchased goods can be returned if the following conditions are met:
- The goods are unused, unworn, clean and undamaged, with attached tags and in original packaging.
- Goods sold as a set must be returned all at once.
If a gift was included with the goods, the buyer is obliged to return the gift along with the goods. The gift must not be unwrapped. If the gift is unwrapped, the seller will refund the buyer the purchase price reduced by the value of the gift.

Recommendations and guidelines
As a buyer, you may only inspect the goods to the extent that is customary in brick-and-mortar stores. Any testing that differs from the above may be considered use of the goods. We recommend that you carefully open the packaging of the goods and keep it in an unaltered condition and that the labels remain attached or attached to the product until you are completely sure that the product suits you. When purchasing clothing and underwear, please check the correct size by wearing the goods over other clothing, not directly on the body.
In order to comply with the 14-day withdrawal period, it is crucial when the seller receives the information about the withdrawal from the purchase contract. Delivery means written information (e.g. email message) that you want to withdraw from the contract, or the delivery of the withdrawal itself with the goods. The withdrawal period lasts 14 calendar days and begins on the day after receipt. For example, if you receive the goods on Monday, Tuesday is counted as the first day.
How and where to return goods
The goods must be returned with a completed "Withdrawal from the Purchase Contract" form, which you can download below.
Please pack the returned goods in the packaging/box in which the goods were delivered, including all accessories (e.g. charging cable, etc.). Then pack the returned goods in another box/packaging so that the goods and the original packaging of the goods are not damaged during transport.
The cheapest and most reliable way to send is to use the services of Packeta. Their Between Us service offers a convenient way to send from any Packeta delivery point.

The delivery point operator will print a label that will be attached to the box/packaging of the returned goods. The shipment will then be delivered to a partner delivery point of Packeta.
You are responsible for the full cost of returning the goods. We do not accept goods sent on delivery.
